The total interest on this investment would be about NGN350,000, with each monthly payment encompassing both principal and interest.

3. Monthly Payment (for the investment proposal):

   • Total amount due (NGN1,350,000) divided by 12 months = NGN112,500 per month. 

Investment Opportunities

A minimum investment of NGN 1,000,000 for a period of 12 months at a 35% annual interest rate. The loan will be repaid in 12 equal monthly installments of $112,500 every 30 days, covering both the principal and the accrued interest.
